We allow reservations up to one year in advance of your desired rental period end date. We highly recommend booking your desired items as soon as possible to secure them for your preferred dates. Our reservation process is completely self-service, allowing you to book at your convenience. However, please be aware that our inventory is subject to availability and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. This means that while you are considering, items may potentially get booked by other customers. Therefore, to ensure that you get exactly what you need when you need it, it's best to finalize your bookings as soon as possible.

The standard rental period for all rented items is 5 days, with pickup on Thursday and drop-off on Monday. This window is designed to comfortably accommodate weekend events while giving you plenty of time for setup and cleanup. We understand this doesn't work for everyone and LOTVER is committed to providing our clients with the ultimate flexibility, so if you are interested in reserving items for a non-standard rental period, fill out the form to inquire. We always try to accommodate where possible!

Dates cannot be held without a deposit. A 50% security deposit is required at the time of booking to complete your reservation. Reservations without a deposit are not considered confirmed, and items remain available to other customers until payment is received.

We understand that guest counts can change! If you need to decrease your quantity, please note that reductions are subject to the cancellation policies and security deposit forfeiture outlined in your rental agreement. If you need to increase your quantity, we encourage you to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on current inventory availability.
